Pellows Waste disposal is a family run business which has been established over 50 years, making us Cornwall's oldest liquid waste disposal contractor. Pellows specialise in septic tank emptying as well as all other areas of drain maintenance, liquid waste collection, transport and disposal. Pellows cover the whole of the South West and have many vehicles to suite even the smallest of country lanes. We operate a 24/7 telephone line for emergency and regular work and pride ourselves on our prompt and reliable service.

Our drivers are some of the most experienced in the business and share our company vision to provide the best customer care and service possible while maintaining exceptional value for money. We can provide onsite advice on caring for your septic tank, how often it should be emptied and a general summary of its condition.

Since Anthony and James joined the company in 2007 they have expanded and diversified into multi-waste streams and transport. Making Pellows a one stop shop for all your waste services.

Pellows was founded by Richard Owen Pellow in May 1964. Richard was born at Trenoweth Mabe where he worked on a farm from the age of 14. After being called up and serving in the British Army Richard worked for Sid Knowles transport, Cooks Furniture and Sell Mex. After working for many years in the transport industry Richard was offered help to fund his own tanker, with this tanker and a handful of regular customers Pellows Waste Disposal was founded.

Richard sold the business to Tony Martin in the early 1980's, he then married his daughter Linda Pellow in the late 1980’s and the business has remained to be in the Pellows Family. Under their 25 years of guidance the business grew from 3 to 10 lorries and the introduction of 2 high pressure jetting units.

In 2014 Tony and Linda’s children, Anthony and James Martin took over the running of the business, which now boasts a fleet of modern and well equipped vehicles, and an invaluable customer base filled with loyal returning customers.

Richard would be immensely proud if he could see the business he created still thriving over 50 years after it was initially started, he would be even more proud that his two grandsons; Anthony and James are now actively expanding business.
